Even though Claudine has been with this company since 2010, she also has extensive experience in hotel management and project management. She assisted her father, whom acquired the company in 2003; in expanding and rebranding the company. Her two-fold strength in management and marketing brings important leadership and breadth to the management team of Baron Tours. She manages the corporate staff and drivers in all areas, as well as plans, prepares, and implements short-term and long-term goals that the company has set. During her first year as President, Claudine was instrumental in exceeding the company's growth and sales goals. Each year since then she has helped Baron Tours surpass its growth projections in all areas making it a nationally recognized company in the realm of Transportation Services.

    Comptroller

    Mr. Halabi, Comptroller at Baron Tours, has over 35 years of global financial management experience including financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and treasury functions, purchasing, controller and audit functions. Previously, Mr. Halabi served as a General Manager at PanAM Travel Agency in Kuwait. Prior to that, he was regional sales manager for British Airways in Kuwait. He acquired Baron Tours in 2003 with a vision to create a thriving tour and transportation company where he could put his four decades of experience in the travel industry to good use on a daily basis. Today, that vision has been realized at Baron Tours. He has extensive experience in the travel industry. His experience extends over two continents.

    Fleet Manager

    Mr. Halabi started his career in the hotel industry working for Marriott, Sheraton and Doubletree. His experience in the hotel industry has helped establish his customer service skills that has proved invaluable at Baron Tours. Pascal made the switch to the automotive industry and began his career at a Volkswagen dealership as a Service Advisor where he worked his way up. Pascal has lead service teams and incorporated strategies that helps reduce cost and enhanced efficiency and safety by ensuring they meet federal and state guidelines. With a strong background in operations, passionate about service and its possibilities, Pascal provides quality leadership that will help, develop and grow team members. He has developed and implemented management strategies and programs that have improved operational outcomes and maximized the available resources. Mr. Halabi has experience in fleet management planning and operations, organizational change, team building, organizational effectiveness and facilitative leadership.
